SELECTION CRITERIA:

(i) Shortlisting for Engagement:
Applicants will be selected for engagement based on a merit list generated by the system.

(ii) Merit List Preparation:
The merit list will be assembled according to the marks earned or the conversion of grades/points into numerical scores (as explained in sections iii to xiii below), based on the 10th standard Secondary School Examination results from recognized boards, with percentages computed to four decimal places.”

(iii) Handling Marks and Grades:
For applicants whose 10th standard Secondary School Examination mark sheets include either individual subject marks or both marks and grades/points, the total marks will be calculated using the ‘marks obtained’. Applications submitted with grades/points instead of marks will be rejected. However, if the mark sheet lists only grades for certain subjects, those grades may be provided as-is without conversion to marks by the applicant.
